Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and we1win88 ("we1win88", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the we1win88 online gaming platform available at we1win88.cam and all associated subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

Account Eligibility

Registering and maintaining an Account with we1win88 is subject to the following eligibility criteria, all of which must be satisfied at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the Player's use of the Platform:

• Minimum Age: You must be aged 21 years or above at the time of account registration and at all times during use of the Services.
• Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts — whether in your own name or in the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Personal Use Only: Accounts must be used solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Operating an Account on behalf of another person, group, or commercial entity is prohibited.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion agreement, cooling-off period, or gambling block — whether imposed by we1win88 or any other operator — at the time of registration or any subsequent deposit.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and current. we1win88 will not be liable for any losses arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.
• Not Politically Exposed: Players who are classified as Politically Exposed Persons (PEPs) or are subject to international sanctions may be subject to enhanced due diligence requirements before Account activation.

Account Registration & Verification

To access the Services, you must complete the account registration process by providing accurate personal details including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian identity card number or passport number (for non-Malaysian nationals), residential address, email address, and a valid mobile phone number.

4.1 Identity Verification (KYC)

we1win88 operates a risk-based KYC process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering and responsible gambling obligations. Players may be required to provide verification documents including, but not limited to, a copy of a government-issued photo identity document, proof of residential address (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement dated within 90 days), and proof of ownership of the payment method used to fund the Account.

Withdrawal requests above defined thresholds will typically trigger mandatory KYC verification. Players are strongly advised to complete KYC verification proactively to avoid delays in withdrawal processing.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. we1win88 will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted from your Account will be treated as authorised by you unless we1win88 has been promptly notified of a suspected breach.

Deposits & Payments

we1win88 accepts deposits via all major Malaysian payment methods, including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank online banking, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, Hong Leong Connect, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

5.1 Deposit Conditions

• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Depositing from a payment method owned by a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Minimum deposit amounts, processing times, and any applicable fees are published on the Cashier page of the Platform and updated from time to time. Please review these details prior to initiating a deposit.
• We do not accept deposits made using funds derived from illegal activities. All suspicious deposit patterns are monitored and may be referred to relevant authorities.
• Deposits made via FPX and e-wallets (Touch 'n Go, Boost, GrabPay) are typically credited to the Account instantly. Bank transfers may take five to ten (5–10) business minutes to reflect. Cryptocurrency deposits require blockchain confirmation and may take fifteen to thirty (15–30) minutes.
• we1win88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for verifying applicable fees with your payment provider.

5.2 Currency

All player accounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain. we1win88 shall not be liable for currency fluctuation losses.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions being satisfied in full:

• The Account must be fully verified (KYC completed) prior to any withdrawal being processed.
• All applicable wagering requirements attached to any Bonus Funds must be met before winnings derived from those Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used to fund the Account, in accordance with anti-money-laundering regulations. Withdrawal to a different account or method requires additional verification.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are published on the Platform's Cashier page.
• Bronze tier players can expect withdrawal processing within 24 hours. Silver tier players receive priority processing. Gold tier VIP members are entitled to same-day withdrawal processing as a tier benefit.
• we1win88 reserves the right to perform additional security and fraud checks prior to approving any withdrawal. This may extend standard processing times in exceptional circumstances.

Bonuses & Promotions

we1win88 offers a range of welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback promotions, loyalty rewards, and other time-limited or ongoing promotional offers. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which are published alongside the offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that particular offer.

7.1 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players who satisfy all conditions stated in the relevant promotion, including minimum deposit thresholds and opt-in requirements where applicable.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the timeframe specified for each promotion. Bonus Funds and associated winnings that remain subject to unmet wagering requirements at expiry will be forfeited.
• we1win88 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice where there is reasonable cause, including but not limited to evidence of abuse, technical error, or regulatory requirement.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to arbitrage betting, matched betting, using multiple accounts to claim the same offer, or any other strategy designed to extract guaranteed profit from promotional offers — will result in immediate bonus forfeiture, Account suspension, and recovery of any winnings derived from such activity.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, household, IP address, device, payment method, and email address.

7.2 Cryptocurrency Bonus

Players depositing via USDT TRC20 or Bitcoin are eligible for the Crypto Deposit Bonus at a rate of 2% per deposit, subject to a maximum bonus of MYR 688. This bonus carries a 1x wagering requirement, making it the lowest-rollover offer available on the Platform. USDT deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at time of confirmation.

Gameplay Rules

All games and betting markets available on the we1win88 Platform are subject to individual game rules published within each game or market interface. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules. The following general gameplay provisions also apply:

• All game outcomes on we1win88 are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software, independently audited for fairness. Live dealer games are streamed in real time from licensed studios and are subject to the studio's own operational rules and procedures.
• Bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. Accidental bets cannot be reversed. In the case of a technical error that affects a game outcome, we1win88 will determine the appropriate resolution at its reasonable discretion, which may include voiding affected bets.
• Sports bets are settled in accordance with the rules applicable to the relevant sport and market as published on the Platform. In the event of a rule dispute, we1win88's determination shall be final.
• we1win88 reserves the right to limit, restrict, or refuse any bet from any player where there is reasonable cause, including suspected fraud, value betting patterns, or integrity concerns.
• For live betting on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other in-play markets, odds are updated in real time. Once a bet is confirmed at the displayed odds, the confirmed odds apply regardless of subsequent market movement.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the we1win88 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC processes.
• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others in circumventing the single-account rule.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches. Any winnings derived from exploiting such vulnerabilities will be voided.
• Money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform to facilitate any other financial crime.
• Sharing account access with or acting as an agent for another person in any wagering activity.
• Engaging in any form of collusion in poker, live dealer games, or any other multi-player game format.
• Attempting to defraud we1win88 through chargebacks, disputed transactions, or fraudulent payment claims.
• Harassing, threatening, or using abusive language toward any we1win88 staff member or other platform users in any communication channel.

Responsible Gambling

we1win88 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We strictly enforce a minimum age of 21 years for all gambling activities on the Platform. Gambling should remain an entertainment activity. If gambling ceases to be enjoyable or begins to cause financial or emotional distress, we strongly encourage Players to make use of the tools and resources available.

10.1 Player Protection Tools

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from the Account dashboard. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 7-day review period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 6 months, or a permanent exclusion from the Account settings or by contacting our support team.
• Reality Checks: Optional session time reminders can be enabled from the Account settings to help Players monitor their gambling time.
• Account Closure: Any Player may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting our 24/7 support team.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we1win88, its directors, officers, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from gambling activities, including any betting losses sustained on any game, market, or event.
• Unavailability of the Platform due to technical maintenance, system downtime, or force majeure events.
• Loss of data, Account access, or funds resulting from cybersecurity incidents beyond we1win88's reasonable control, provided that we1win88 has maintained industry-standard security practices.
• Errors in odds, game outcomes, or settlement resulting from third-party data feed failures, where corrective action is taken within a reasonable time.
• Decisions made by Players in reliance on any content published on the Platform, including promotional material, game descriptions, or odds.

Nothing in this clause shall limit we1win88's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any matter which cannot be excluded or limited by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on the we1win88 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, visual design, game interfaces, software, text, graphics, audio, video, and any other materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of we1win88 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from we1win88.

Account Termination & Suspension

we1win88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at any time and without prior notice where there is reasonable cause. Grounds for termination include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable promotion-specific terms.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, identity fraud, or money laundering.
• Discovery that the Account holder is under the minimum age of 21 years.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a request.
• Discovery that the Account is registered in or operated from a Prohibited Territory.
• Regulatory, legal, or compliance requirements that necessitate Account closure.

Upon termination for a material breach of these Terms, we1win88 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings. Real Money Balances will be returned to the Player via the original payment method after any applicable deductions, audits, or investigations are completed, unless the funds are subject to a legal hold.

Players may also close their Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to our support team. All pending bets will be settled before the Account is formally closed.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which we1win88 holds its operating licence, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available under the law of your country of residence.

In the event of a dispute arising between a Player and we1win88, the parties agree to attempt good-faith resolution through we1win88's internal complaints process as a first step. Players may submit a complaint in writing to our support team, who will acknowledge receipt within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days.

If a complaint cannot be resolved to the Player's reasonable satisfaction through the internal process, the Player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by we1win88's licensing authority, whose decision shall be binding on both parties.

Amendments to These Terms

we1win88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform's homepage at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or urgent security considerations.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Services and request account closure before the effective date of the changes.

The version of these Terms bearing the most recent "Last Updated" date shall govern all use of the Platform from that date forward. We recommend that Players periodically review these Terms to remain informed of their obligations and rights.
